These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 7777bc online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at 7777bc.cam (the "Platform" or "Site"). The Platform is operated by the 7777bc operator (the "Operator", "we", "us" or "our").

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register and maintain an Account on the 7777bc Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licence conditions — whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited, or where you have determined that your participation is lawful.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or close family member of the Operator or any of its affiliates in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not the subject of a self-exclusion order, either through the Platform or through any relevant external body in your jurisdiction.
• You are opening the Account solely for personal, non-commercial use, in your own name, and for lawful entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by the Operator for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• Your participation does not contravene any applicable law, regulation or court order in your place of residence.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same IP address — constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses.

During registration you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. The Operator reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided at any time.

KYC Verification Requirements: Before the Operator processes any withdrawal or as otherwise required by compliance procedures, you will be asked to complete identity verification. Standard documentation requirements include:

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification document — for Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport is typically accepted.
• Proof of address where required — such as a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and residential address.
• A selfie or liveness check confirming that the document submitted matches the Account holder.
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

You agree that you will:

• Access the Platform only through authorised, legitimate means and only through the official domain 7777bc.cam.
• Keep your account password secure and not disclose it to any person. The Operator will never ask for your password.
• Notify the Operator immediately via the support channels if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure that all information on your Account remains accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not use any automated software, bot, script, crawler or similar technology to access or interact with the Platform.
• Not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, decompile or exploit any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

The Operator accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier at any given time. The availability of specific methods — including those familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change without notice and depends on the Operator's current integrations and the relevant provider's own terms and conditions.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply as displayed in the cashier. These may be expressed in PKR, USD or another currency depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to hold or reject withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification or AML review.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and verification status and are not guaranteed. The Operator does not warrant specific processing windows.
• The Operator may apply transaction limits at its discretion and may request supporting documentation for large or unusual transactions consistent with AML obligations.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering may be withdrawn subject to the Operator's standard verification and processing procedures.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC / USDT) are subject to the applicable blockchain network conditions, confirmation times and network fees, which are outside the Operator's control.

The Operator may, from time to time, offer bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, cashback arrangements or other incentives to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified accounts only, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms.
• Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Circumventing this limitation through multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement as specified in the individual promotion — the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered the stated number of times before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry.
• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend or limit any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any bonus amounts and illustrative PKR figures quoted in promotional materials (such as "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative of the offer structure and do not constitute a guaranteed payment. Actual amounts depend on deposit, eligibility and fulfilment of all stated conditions.
• The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it reasonably suspects bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of promotional mechanics.

All bets placed on the Platform — whether on cricket markets (including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup and bilateral series), football, UFC, esports or any other sport — and all casino game rounds are subject to the applicable game-specific and sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. The Operator does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable sport rules (e.g., a match is abandoned or voided).
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) where applicable, or by live-dealer mechanics in live-streamed games.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption or irregular market movement.
• Displayed odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the time of stake placement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Winnings are credited to your Account balance upon settlement. Settlement timing varies by sport and event type.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or bet settlement, the Operator's records shall be the final authoritative reference.

The Operator is committed to responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity. These tools are available without restriction from within the Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period, beyond which further wagering is suspended for that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications alerting Users when a set playing duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of Account activity for a defined period selected by the User.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary measure through which a User may request suspension of their Account for a minimum defined period or permanently. Self-excluded Users will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period.

• Submitting altered, fabricated or fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing anomalies — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to the Operator.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or on the sportsbook.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform if you have been the subject of a self-exclusion request or account closure order.
• Circumventing IP restrictions, geo-blocks or other access controls through VPNs or proxy services.

All content on the 7777bc Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game assets and the compilation thereof — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the Operator's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, however caused.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or failures in the Platform arising from circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control, including network outages, cyberattacks, payment provider downtime or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your own breach of these Terms, your failure to maintain the security of your Account, or your reliance on information on the Platform that has since been updated.
• The conduct of third-party payment providers — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — including delays, rejections or errors on their part.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — and to withhold, void or reclaim funds and bonuses associated with that Account — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• At the request of the Account holder (voluntary closure).
• On the instruction of a relevant regulatory, law enforcement or legal authority.
• Where continued operation of the Account creates a legal or regulatory risk to the Operator.

Where an Account is closed voluntarily and without cause by the User, any real-money balance (not subject to bonus restrictions or pending investigations) will be processed for return to the User's verified payment method in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice to registered users through in-platform notifications, email correspondence to registered addresses, or prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licence jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents the Operator from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm to its operations, intellectual property or reputation.
